A Pair of Very Rare Doccia Porcelain Dishes c1780
A Pair of Doccia Porceian Oval shaped dishes. Imari design with golden brown rococo rim. Excellent, no chips or cracks. Some scorching in the glaze of one foot string. Length 24cms, width 17.2cm.
This was clearly influenced by Meissen in both design and decoration. I have been involved in the antiques business since 1971.
