It is one of the most ornate scales I have ever come across. It is has a few small repairs.

At the end of the scales table on the right it has a small metal pin through the metal (see picture) and it looks like the cast iron which holds the lever has had a repair to the cast iron. It looks a bit rough. Anyway the whole item could do with a light restoration or if you wish to do so a full restoration. It looks great as is as it is a real eye-catcher. You will not find one as ornate.
