Original mid/late-1880s miniature CDV of a pit bull, taken by New Haven, Connecticut photographer Frank Bowman, with his advertising imprint and mention of Yale Art School on the. My scan shows the front and the back of the same CDV.
The entire piece measures about 2.5" x 1.5".
